Henry Stewart have invited Philip to be a presenter at their new online series, Hotel Management, Franchise and Finance Agreements After the Pandemic. The event will be divided into three/four 75 minute live sessions on the nuts and bolts of agreements.
Dates and times: 23 February, 2 March and 9 March 2022 at 10am to finish after Q&A at 11.15am.
The content will look at franchises, selecting the right operating model, the differences between leases and management agreements as well as the evolution of operating models, on termination clauses, common problems and pitfalls, brand standards, and setting annual operating and capex plans.
