The topic for Nick's presentation was "Brand and Financier Strategies" During this session Nick framed the opportunity by a) reviewing what is driving the recent spurt to franchising, b) comparing when a brand is (or isn't) the best strategy and c) assessing how to balance the brand value proposition.
