We are very excited to announce the launch of Whitebridge Hospitality, a specialist advisory and brokerage service to anyone with an interest in the hotel and hospitality industry. Whitebridge was established in June 2011 by a senior team of industry professionals, who combine frontline operational knowledge with in-depth advisory experience.

Prior to establishing Whitebridge, the founders were partners at Cushman & Wakefield and led the Travel, Leisure & Tourism advisory service line at KPMG. In both cases, the team provided advisory and brokerage services across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

As you will see from our individual bios, the team has extensive experience across the hospitality spectrum and we have undertaken a wide range of projects in over 100 countries. A particular strength is in guiding the master planning of large mixed-use projects in mature and emerging markets from a commercial and financial feasibility perspective. This capability is firmly grounded in the team's breadth of experience and knowledge across the entire tourism and leisure arena - having advised on casinos, visitor attractions, marinas, golf courses, sports venues and many other commercial leisure uses.

Our global reach means that we can assist a wide range of clients, from government bodies and financial institutions to private sector developers and hotel operators themselves.
